About Sofia
Behind the pixels
🇮🇹 Grew up in the Italian countryside with very little technology.
🖥️ I started building things at 15 and quickly fell in love with creating stuff that lives on screens (and sometimes breaks them).
🇬🇧 I moved to the UK right after school, designed by day, served drinks by night, and developed an addiction to strong tea and side hustles.
🚲 Then came the Netherlands,where I studied innovation, discovered design thinking, and mastered the art of biking through sideways rain.
💼 I joined Bain & Company and worked with Fortune 500 clients, helping them solve big business puzzles and strategy decks.
🚀 After a few years, I leapt into freelancing, bootstrapping and finding joy in building things that actually launch.
📍 These days, I’m based in Milan, collaborating with teams across Europe, working remotely, and occasionally getting distracted by a great book or a wobbly yoga pose.
